All sales are final.

Returns are not accepted, and refunds will not be issued. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us within 10 days if a damaged item is received or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can contact us at creativeminds@windstream.net.


Should you receive a damaged item please send a photo of the damaged item in the email to creativeminds@windstream.net. Once evaluated the damaged item will be replaced with the same item as originally ordered.
